Welcome to Aimon Technology Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website aimontech.in and our products and services. By using our website or purchasing any software/services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Business Overview

Aimon Technology Solutions is a GST-registered software reseller engaged in the distribution and sale of licensed engineering design and related software products. We are not the original developer or manufacturer of the software. All software is sold under the respective publisher’s license terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age,
  • Authorized to make purchases on behalf of your organization (if applicable), and
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Products and Licensing

  • We provide genuine, licensed software from authorized publishers.
  • License terms, usage rights, and restrictions are governed by the respective software publisher (e.g., Bentley, Autodesk).
  • We act as a reseller and facilitate license delivery, activation, and support as per OEM guidelines.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the software publisher’s End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be placed in writing (email/PO) or through our official channels.
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST).
  • Payment terms are as agreed in the invoice or quotation.
  • Orders will be processed only upon receipt of payment or agreed advance.

5. Delivery

  • Software licenses and keys are delivered electronically (via email/portal).
  • Delivery timelines depend on publisher processing and may vary.
  • We will not be liable for delays caused by OEM/vendor processing issues.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds on Delivered Software: Once a software license, activation key, or subscription access has been issued, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Refunds Prior to License Generation: If an order is cancelled before license generation or processing by the publisher, we may process a refund after deducting applicable administrative charges.
  • Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate payments, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be initiated.
  • Refund Method: All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Exceptions: Refund requests beyond OEM policies cannot be entertained under any circumstances.

7. Support and Training

  • Basic installation and activation guidance is provided.
  • Technical support and training credits are as per OEM policy (e.g., Bentley SELECT support, Autodesk subscription).
  • We do not guarantee issue resolution beyond the scope defined by the publisher.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse software or violate license restrictions.
  • You are responsible for compliance within your organization.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or sharing of software is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We act only as a reseller.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the order placed with us.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All software, trademarks, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Aimon Technology Solutions does not claim ownership over OEM intellectual property.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and process your data as per our [Privacy Policy]. Personal and organizational data collected will be used only for processing orders, support, and compliance.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].
